Mikki's Story
Commenced a course of full gender treatment at the Albany Clinic only a few months ago, but is already delighted with the care and concern she receives. She says she always knew she was ‘different’, but it was after her marriage and children that the full realisation dawned of her Transexual needs. Her own GP was sympathetic but unable to help. She says the Albany Clinic was the obvious choice because of its professional, ethical reputation.
Mikki now lives full time in her female role and anticipates surgery in the not too distant future.
