From the moment of waking, everything a male and female do they do differently, walking, talking, sitting, standing, getting in and out of cars, eating, drinking, greeting others etc - are all carried out in an unmistakable male or female manner. These differences are so naturally ingrained into each sex that no-one even consciously notices them. It is only when a transvestite or transsexual fails to act as a natural female, that it draws unwelcome questioning of gender, and it is therefore essential that training characteristics are developed until they become second nature.
